Okay, so I guess I'll start this off.

I'm still in the process of collecting fish pictures, but I have a few and it's in a slightly new direction. I am still framing them and whatnot, but the pictures of the fish so far are decrepit and dead. The picture I uploaded is the negatives I made for testing and I'm using that picture because I'm kind of lazy/it's what I had ready. I'm still not 100% sure of the execution of the final product, but I'm getting there. Also, these negatives have been changed because they were not making the cyanotypes how I wanted them.

  1. Looking at these images makes me wonder if after you achieve an acceptable print if there is room for a coffee wash over the surrounding negative space.

  3. I was thinking about different things to add to the print to help complement the blue color, but I wasn't sure what other type of liquid would be best.

I really, really like that picture. It's quite an interesting way to present the fish.
